Earth Day!

Hope everyone enjoyed the Easter Weekend and Earth Day! Here are some activities we did last week to celebrate:

Home Depot generously gave us a picnic table to use in our Kindergarten Pen. We decided to paint it purple and we wrote a card to thank them!

We also did some planting:

International Pink Day!

Happy Pink Day! 

We celebrated school wide by having pink pancakes and pink lemonade:

We filled up out water tables and added some blue food colouring to it for a sensory experience:

We also put some soil in our sensory bins for planting and exploration:

 We made some flowers using pattern blocks:

And used bingo dabbers (a gift from one of our parents) to make dotted patterns:
